Career Exploration Program

We're excited about the continued expansion and implementation of our Career Exploration Program at Yarmouth High School.  Some important notes:

  • CEP will be on two consecutive Wednesdays - March 13th & March 20th, please mark your calendar.

  • ALL students will be participating in a variety of exciting activities both days.

  • Regular classes will be on pause for these two days.

  • Please be advised that for many of these activities your students will be asked to dress appropriately for the workplace.  If you have additional questions on this or your student needs assistance, please connect with your student's advisor.

  • 12th grade families ~ please be advised your students will not have open campus on these days as we have alternate programming and lunch plans in place.

  • If you or your workplace is interested in hosting an 11th grade student for a job shadow, please fill out our community partners survey - we appreciate the support of this great program.

  • Please keep an eye out for permission slips.

The Mental Game

Yarmouth Athletics is pleased to welcome Brandon Saho to Yarmouth High School on Wednesday, January 17th at 11:45 am in the YPAC, as he tours 30 states in 30 days spreading his message about mental health and how to reduce the stigma associated with it.  All student-athletes are expected to attend this presentation, but all Yarmouth High School students are welcome to attend.  As some of the information that will be covered during this presentation can be sensitive, the Yarmouth High School Social Workers and School Counselors will also be in attendance.

Senior “Remember When” Photographs for the Yearbook Yearbook staff are looking for photographs of seniors when they were younger for the "Remember When" pages. Groups of students are best, not photos of one person. Thank you!

Please send digital, high-resolution .jpg files to: betsy_puelle@yarmouthschools.org  by Saturday, January 20th.
